Warranty

At Theralpine, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. All Theralpine products are backed by a two-year limited warranty from the date of delivery, in accordance with European consumer protection regulations.

What’s Covered

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Structural components of the ice bath tub
• Internal parts of electronic components, where applicable (e.g. chillers)

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g. filters, hoses, seals, gaskets)
• Cosmetic imperfections or minor surface variations caused by the roto-molding process
• Scratches, discoloration, or other marks that occur during or after installation
• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper installation, freezing, commercial use, or modifications
• Improper storage or failure to follow our care and safety guidelines

Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing hello@theralpine.com and providing:

• Your order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos or video of the damage

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for shipping-related remedies.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, contact our support team at hello@theralpine.com.

You’ll be asked to provide:

• Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt)
• Description of the issue
• Photo and/or video evidence

Resolution Process

If your claim is approved, Theralpine will determine the most appropriate solution at its sole discretion. This may include:

• Repair (if feasible)
• Replacement of part or full unit
• Partial or full refund

If the product is deemed not defective, return shipping costs may be your responsibility.

If a replacement or repair is required under warranty, we’ll cover the associated costs.

Chillers & Future Products

Chiller units and future electronic accessories may be covered under a separate warranty, which will be provided upon delivery. Warranty terms may differ depending on component type and manufacturer support.

Non-Transferable

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent owners.

Legal Notice

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights under applicable local law.

In accordance with EU law, consumers must report defects within 2 months of discovery to remain eligible for remedy.
