These instructions are provided for safe use of a cold immersion tub. Read them carefully, keep them accessible, and follow local regulations at all times.

Safety Instructions for Cold Immersion Tub

By using this product you accept responsibility for your own safety. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury or death.

1. Entrapment Risk

  • Do not allow children, pets, or unattended individuals to enter or play inside the tub.
  • It is possible for a child or user to become trapped inside and suffocate.
  • Do not close the lid while a person is inside. Do not stand or sit on the lid, especially while in use.
  • Always ensure the lid is closed and secured when the tub is not in use.

2. Drowning Risk

  • Cold immersion tubs can pose a drowning hazard. Always supervise inexperienced users.
  • Children and non-swimmers must only use the tub under continuous adult supervision.
  • Do not practice breath-holding or underwater swimming.
  • Keep the lid closed and secured when not in use to prevent accidental entry.

3. Cold Exposure Risk

  • Cold water immersion may affect circulation, breathing, and heart rate.
  • Consult a physician before use if you have cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, or metabolic conditions, or if you are pregnant.
  • Use caution and build exposure gradually. Stop immediately if you feel faint, dizzy, numb, or experience chest pain.
  • Rewarm gradually after use with dry clothing and light movement. Avoid very hot showers directly after immersion.

4. Slippery Surface

  • Surfaces become slippery when wet; ice or frost may form around the tub in cold environments - clear it before use.
  • Enter and exit slowly and carefully to avoid slips and falls.
  • Place the tub only on a flat, stable surface.

5. Hygiene & Maintenance

  • Shower before entering to help maintain clean water.
  • Replace water regularly or treat with suitable disinfectants according to the chemical manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Keep the lid closed when not in use to protect water quality and prevent accidental entry.
  • Clean with mild, non-abrasive cleaners.
  • Do not move the tub when filled; drain before moving

6. Emergency Response

  • If someone becomes unresponsive: remove from the water immediately and call emergency services.
  • For suspected hypothermia: remove wet clothing, dry and insulate, and rewarm gradually.
  • Begin CPR if necessary until professional help arrives.
