You can delete your account in the Theralpine app, and all data that belongs to it, at any time. You can do it yourself in the app, or ask us by email. This page is for the Theralpine app by Theralpine, available on Google Play and the App Store.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the Theralpine app and sign in.
- Tap More at the bottom of the screen and scroll down to Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Enter your password and tap Delete my account.
- Confirm with Delete account.
Your account is deleted straight away.
Delete your account without the app
Write to hello@theralpine.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete your account and its data within 30 days and confirm by email. If your message comes from another address, we first check with you that the account is yours.
What is deleted
- Your login: your email address and password
- The profiles in your household, with their names and pictures
- Your ice baths: date, water temperature, duration, how it felt, notes and photos
- The ice baths you planned for your profiles
- The token that sends notifications to your phone
- The account with our connection service Tuya that was created for you
- The location of your chiller, if you shared it for winter mode
What stays
- Your chillers are released from your account but not reset, so you or someone else can connect them again. Settings that belong to the chiller itself stay with it so that it keeps working: temperature, mode, water care and plans without a profile. If you want these removed as well, tell us in your email.
- Technical logs about the machine, which do not name you, are kept for 90 days and then deleted.
- Orders from our online shop are not part of the app account. We keep them as long as the law requires.
Delete only some of your data
You do not have to delete your account to remove data. In the app you can:
- delete a single ice bath: in Schedule, swipe left on the ice bath and tap Delete ice bath
- delete a profile: tap More, then Profiles, open the profile and tap Delete profile
For anything else, write to hello@theralpine.com and we delete what you ask for.
